We all like to think of ourselves as a savvy shoppers, and finding something unique for ourselves or to give as a gift really puts some excitement in our shopping experience! During the pandemic, supporting small business became especially important, and it was a pleasant surprise to discover a number of multi-vendor markets nearby. A multi-vendor market is a community of small businesses coming together to offer their customers a great way to shop from a variety of businesses – like a mall on a much smaller and more intimate scale. Here are my top reasons why you should pump up your shopping experience with multi-vendor markets:
- Convenience: a multi-vendor market has a large number of vendors all under one roof! It’s a great way to shop especially during the winter months if your area has inclement weather!
- Variety: multi-vendor markets seek to include vendors that offer a wide variety of items. You’ll be able to find great items for yourself or to give as gifts including clothing, home decor, knit items, purses/bags, jewelry and so much more! Many of the markets also seek out handmade items which will be one of a kind finds!
- Support small business: a multi-vendor market is a great place to support small businesses! You’ll find unique and interesting items, and small businesses are willing to work with their customers if there’s something special you’re looking for!

This is a unique vendor market that is available for retail customers to shop a variety of individual small businesses as well as a market for shop owners to purchase at wholesale to stock their own small businesses.
